Soft Whole Wheat (Graham) Flour

Our 100% whole grain soft whole wheat flour is milled from American soft red winter wheat grown on the Eastern shore.  It contains the nutritional benefits of grinding the whole kernel and can be milled to meet specific granulation results.  No treatments are added unless requested.

Details:

  • Dry, free-flowing and absent of any hard lumps
  • Light brown in color with brown flecks throughout
  • No off odors or flavors
